In a pump bottle: 1 cm of Thujanol Thyme Hydrosol, 3 drops of Essential Oil of Noble Laurel and 3 squeezes of Vegetal Oil. Shake before use. Mist the area, then massage gently.
In a 50 mL spray bottle, mix 1 cm of Eucalyptus globulus Hydrosol, 3 drops of Vegetal Oil and 5 drops of Giant Fir Essential Oil 100% Organic and Handmade. Shake before use. Spray over upper chest and back, then massage gently.
