In a 50 mL spray bottle, mix 1 cm of Douglas Hydrosol, 3 drops of Vegetal Oil and 5 drops of Giant Fir Essential Oil 100% Organic and Handmade. Shake before use. Spray over upper chest and back, then massage gently.
In a 50 mL spray bottle, mix 1 cm of Eucalyptus globulus Hydrosol, 0.5 cm of Vegetal Oil and 3 drops of Linalool Thyme Essential Oil 100% Organic and Handmade. Shake before use. Spray on tense areas (neck, shoulders, lower back), then massage gently.
In a 50 mL spray bottle, add 1 cm of Sweet Thyme Hydrosol and 3 drops of Thujanol Thyme Essential Oils. Shake before use. Mist directly into the mouth, 1 to 2 times a day, for fresh breath and natural oral hygiene.
In a 50 mL spray bottle, mix 1 cm of Pine Sylvestre Hydrosol, 3 drops of Vegetal Oil and 5 drops of Linalool Thyme Essential Oil 100% Organic and Handmade. Shake before use. Spray over upper chest and back, then massage gently.
