Our Philosophy

The Essenciagua-Vesunna Difference

Vesunna-style Bud Macerates

It is above all a demand for quality both in terms of the composition of the macerates and on a vibrational level.

It is also a desire to contribute to the promotion of gemmotherapy as a treatment through trees. Our notebooks (blog) are particularly witnesses to this.

All stages from picking to package preparation are carried out with an awareness of the benefits that our bud macerates will produce.

The Secrets of our Difference

The Essenciagua-Vesunna Difference

Respectful and sparing harvesting in preserved spaces

Sparing harvests are carried out with deep respect for the tree. They take place in preserved and wild spaces or on certified organic lands.

Only the buds of blackcurrant, walnut, and vine are harvested from plants grown organically.

Whenever possible, we choose proximity (Dordogne and Corrèze) to pick our buds and young shoots.

Maceration at the place of harvest

Collecting material is important, but to also collect the energetic potential of the buds, they are put to macerate directly at the place of harvest, in a mixture of water, alcohol, and honey. We also pay particular attention to their degree of maturity.

A demanding recipe and procedure

The proportions of our mother macerate: plants, water, honey, and alcohol strictly adhere to the proportions of the pharmacopoeia. The mother macerate is obtained by gentle mechanical filtration after a 40-day maceration in glass jars, away from light. The jars are stirred twice a day during the first 3 weeks of maceration. All plastic containers are prohibited.

The Dynamization of the Diluted Macerate

Our diluted bud macerate is obtained by diluting the mother macerate 1/10 in a mixture of water, honey, and alcohol, then manually dynamized before being packaged. This diluted macerate is named dynamized 1D macerate (1D corresponding to the 1 Tenth dilution).

Honey in Our Macerates

Glycerin is the excipient traditionally used in gemmotherapy but whether it is of plant origin or not, it is rarely free and requires an industrial production process incompatible with our requirements.

On the other hand, glycerin (food additive E422) "can cause digestive intolerances in sensitive subjects. These intolerances are due to glycerin being bacteriostatic and unbalancing for the intestinal flora, especially in prolonged use" Christian Escriva "Precis de Phytotherapy".

Honey, a 100% natural health asset, allows us to overcome these constraints, the bees are also our gathering companions. Our choice naturally fell on organic acacia honey, tree honey used in gemmotherapy particularly because of its fluidity.

An alcohol derived from biodynamic agriculture

The alcohol is derived from the distillation of grape marc produced in biodynamic farming, a guarantee of quality and ethical production.

A filtered, structured, and revitalized water

The vibrational dimension of our gemmotherapy led us to prefer filtered, structured water (cleansed of all prior information) and revitalized (we talk about living or revitalized water). It is in Sarlat, a few kilometers from our place, that we found the system that suited us, the Voda from the Vodaflor company. It is based in particular on a vortex, a system developed under the impetus of Dr. Londechamp, a doctor in Périgueux ("The Vibratory Man" ed. amrita). The impact of this water, particularly on the development of plants, is enlightening, but Dr. Londechamp was also able to measure it daily on his patients.

Packaging chosen with care

To ensure optimal protection of our macerates against light-related degradation, while avoiding over-packaging in cardboard, we have selected Miron violet bottles whose opacity allows us to achieve this goal. We have also opted for a dropper pipette to facilitate dosage.
