The Laurier noble is a small evergreen tree that can reach 4 meters in height. A member of the Laurales family, it is the only tree of this large family to have spread outside tropical zones.
Also known as Laurier sauce or Laurier vrai, it crowned the heads of victors in ancient Greece. The etymology of the word Laurel is very explicit. Laurel comes from the Latin laurus, meaning praise. In practice, it’s an essence with many qualities and uses. In our kitchens, it delicately flavors fish and meat, while in aromatherapy and phytotherapy, it is an effective ally in combating bacteria, relieving pain, boosting immunity and more.

What are the benefits of Noble Laurel?
The Noble Laurel is a plant with virtues comparable to those of Tea Tree. Thanks to its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, it is particularly effective in treating acne and pimples. When applied locally, it helps to dry out skin imperfections and reduce inflammation.
The Noble Laurel also has antiseptic and analgesic action. Thus, it can be used in cases of tonsillitis to relieve sore throats and fight against bacterial infections. Finally, it can also prove useful in relieving toothaches and reducing inflammation.

How to use Laurel?
A true all-rounder, Laurel is a powerful antibacterial and antiviral plant that has nothing to envy to Tea tree. 100% French and locally produced, Laurel can be used in several ways: -Essential Oil: Always diluted to avoid irritation, Laurel Essential Oil is suitable for several uses:
1. cutaneous: Laurel Essential Oil can be applied to the skin to reduce bruising, promote healing and combat skin disorders. It is also an excellent remedy for muscular pain, particularly after a sports session.
2. orally: this oil can be diluted on a carrier for internal use. This method of use should be very short-lived and preferably under the supervision of a therapist;
3. diffusion or inhalation: promotes relaxation and helps create a soothing atmosphere.
-Hydrolat : Milder than Essential Oil, Laurel Hydrolat can be used on its own or mixed with other hydrolats, for example, to cleanse and purify the skin, fight acne and combat excessive perspiration.
-Infusion: Alone or in a blend of plants, Laurel perfumes your infusions. To infuse, place a teaspoonful of Lavender in a teapot, then pour in simmering water. Leave to infuse for a few minutes before drinking.
-Mother tincture : Laurel mother tincture is a powerful, natural alternative to take advantage of its health benefits.
