🔎 WHERE TO FIND MY PARCEL NUMBER

  1. Go to My Account
  2. Select Order history and details
  3. Click on the order number
  4. Click on Show “Details”
  5. Look for the Tracking Number

🔐 FIND MY PICKUP CODE

For deliveries in Lockers and Relay Points®, your pickup code will be communicated to you by email and/or SMS once your parcel is available.

📬 HOW TO USE A LOCKER

To pick up a parcel in one of our 8,000 Lockers, follow these steps:

  1. Have your 6-digit pickup code (received by email, SMS or via the Mondial Relay app)
  2. Click on ➡️ “Pick up a parcel” on the Locker screen
  3. Enter the pickup code - the locker will open automatically

💡 You can also scan your QR code by selecting the option “Do you have a QR code?” on the Locker screen

  1. Retrieve your parcel
  2. Close the locker and confirm the retrieval on the screen

⚠️ SECURITY - CODE VERIFICATION

Can’t find your pickup code?
⚠️ Due to the circulation of numerous fraudulent SMS and emails, we strongly recommend you to:

  • Download the Mondial Relay application
  • Activate notifications
