In a 50 mL spray bottle, mix 1 cm of Sage Hydrosol 100% Organic and Handmade, 0.5 cm of Vegetal Oil and 3 drops of Essential Oil of Yarrow. Shake before use. Spray on tense areas (neck, shoulders, lower back), then massage gently.
In a 50 mL spray bottle, mix 1 cm of Complete Ylang Ylang Hydrosol 100% Organic and Handmade, 0.5 cm of Vegetal Oil and 3 drops of Essential Oil of Yarrow. Shake before use. Spray on tense areas (neck, shoulders, lower back), then massage gently.
Mix in a 50 mL spray bottle: 1 cm of Rosemary Hydrosol from Pays d’Oc, 3 drops of Vegetal Oil, and 1 drop of Essential Oil of Yarrow. Shake before each use. Spray on cleansed face.
