We are proud of our commitment to development with small local agri-food artisans in Lozère. Our collaboration with La Biscuiterie du Gévaudan is an emblematic example of this.

La Biscuiterie du Gévaudan uses our organic hydrosols to flavour its delicious creations. The Biscuiterie is renowned for its organic biscuit brands: “Kocolo & Zaza”, present on the national organic market and online marketplaces, and “Biscuits du Roi”, more locally established.

Three biscuit recipes that highlight our organic hydrosols:
vegan biscuit with lemon verbena hydrosol
vegan chocolate and peppermint hydrosol biscuit,
vegan Damask Rose hydrosol biscuit, a seasonal recipe.
We share essential values with La Biscuiterie du Gévaudan: favouring organic raw materials, with priority given to high-quality local short-circuit products; and promoting French artisanal know-how at every stage of production.

A family biscuit factory located at the gates of Aubrac, we artisanally produce our products respecting authentic taste with the minimum necessary ingredients. This is why the biscuits contain no artificial flavourings or preservatives.
