Highly aromatic, Rosemary has been used since Antiquity. Along with other plants, it was used in Ancient Egypt to embalm the dead. The Romans wore it as a crown to improve concentration. In short, Rosemary’s phytopharmaceutical virtues have been undisputed for centuries.
Rosemary essential oil can vary greatly in composition and efficacy, depending on the variety and origin of the plant.
