Native to England, this perennial has an intoxicating fragrance of fresh minty and peppery notes, which give it its powerful flavor. It is known for its multiple digestive, analgesic, anesthetic, tonic and stimulating health benefits. It is a great aromatherapy classic.

The essential oil can be used in a variety of ways:
