Une Recette 1,2,3, qu’est-ce que c’est ? Trois produits Nova Aroma que vous assemblez vous-même dans un seul flacon : un hydrolat, un macérat ou une huile végétale, et une huile essentielle. Chaque recette indique les quantités exactes et le geste à suivre — il ne reste qu’à agiter avant usage.
In a 50 mL spray bottle, mix 1 cm of Noble Laurel Hydrolat, 0.5 cm of Vegetal Oil and 3 drops of Essential Oil of Official Lavender 100% Organic and Handmade. Shake before use. Spray on tense areas (neck, shoulders, lower back), then massage gently.

In a pump bottle: 1 cm of Lemon Verbena Hydrosol 100% Organic and Handmade, 3 drops of Essential Oil of Hemlock 100% Organic and Handmade and 3 squeezes of Vegetal Oil. Shake before use. Mist the area, then massage gently.
