In a 50-mL spray bottle, mix 1 cm Italian Helichrysum Hydrosol, 1 cm Huile Végétale and 6 drops Essential Cypress Oil. Shake before use. Apply locally to muscular or joint areas, then massage in. For occasional use after physical exertion or in case of localized discomfort
