In a 50-mL spray bottle, mix 1 cm Bourgogne Blackcurrant Hydrosol, 1 cm Huile Végétale and 6 drops Essential Oil of Pistacia Lentiscus 100% Organic and Handmade. Shake before use. Apply locally to muscular or joint areas, then massage in. For occasional use after physical exertion or in case of localized discomfort

In a 50 mL spray bottle, mix 1 cm of Juniper Hydrosol, 0.5 cm of Vegetal Oil and 3 drops of Atlas Cedar Essential Oil 100% Organic and Handmade. Shake before use. Spray on tense areas (neck, shoulders, lower back), then massage gently.
