In a 50 mL spray bottle, mix 1 cm of Pine Sylvestre Hydrosol, 0.5 cm of Vegetal Oil and 3 drops of Sylvestre Pine Essential Oil 100% Organic and Handmade. Shake before use. Spray on tense areas (neck, shoulders, lower back), then massage gently.
