Recettes 1,2,3
In a pump bottle: 1 cm of Noble Laurel Hydrolat, 3 drops of Fine Altitude Lavender Essential Oil 100% Organic and Handmade and 3 squeezes of Vegetal Oil. Shake before use. Mist the area, then massage gently.
In a 50 mL spray bottle, mix 1 cm of Pectin Fir Hydrosol, 3 drops of Vegetal Oil and 5 drops of Essential Cypress Oil. Shake before use. Spray over upper chest and back, then massage gently.
In a pump bottle: 1 cm of Evergreen Cypress Hydrosol, 3 drops of Essential Cypress Oil and 3 squeezes of Vegetal Oil. Shake before use. Mist the area, then massage gently.

In a 50 mL spray bottle, mix 1 cm of Thujanol Thyme Hydrosol, 3 drops of Vegetal Oil and 5 drops of Rosemary Officinal Essential Oil 100% Organic and Handmade. Shake before use. Spray over upper chest and back, then massage gently.
