HA anti-allergy recommendation

Pollen season is well and truly underway, with alder and hazelnut taking center stage in recent weeks. Here’s our natural advice on how to relieve the first symptoms of pollen allergy with a few 100% organic essential oils and hydrolats from French plants.

🌲 Scots pine (or giant fir) essential oil

massage 3 drops of this essential oil into the chest, diluted in a vegetable oil such as Calendula, for a few days during the period of irritation.

🍃 Tarragon essential oil or hydrosol

as an internal diffusion in water or in a soothing hydrolate (blackcurrant, Roman chamomile or matricaria) for 15 minutes.

🌿 Roman chamomile essential oil

in inhalation: dilute 1 or 2 in a container of warm water and inhale the vapors for 5 to 10 minutes.

🌼 Cornflower or Roman chamomile hydrolate

as a compress to soothe irritated eyes

🌱 Yarrow hydrosol

drink diluted in a glass of water, or 3 tablespoons in a daily flask
as a nasal spray to soothe runny noses
