The recipe is so simple...

In a 50-mL spray bottle, mix 1 cm hydrosol, 1 cm vegetable oil and 6 drops essential oil. Shake before use. Apply locally to muscular or joint areas, then massage in. For occasional use after physical exertion or in the event of localized discomfort
