Hello, what oral dosage would you recommend for circulatory and venous return problems? Should the six-month shelf life after opening be respected? Thank you for your reply

To support circulation and promote venous return, we recommend taking one tablespoon three times a day. You can take the hydrolat neat, or dilute it in a large glass of water to make it easier to take throughout the day. When it comes to the six-months-after-opening rule, flexibility is the order of the day. The indicated shelf life is a general recommendation. As long as the hydrosol retains the characteristic scent of the original plant, it is perfectly usable. Note: For optimum effectiveness on the circulatory system, store your bottle in a cool, dark place.

Yes, you can absolutely combine Burgundy Blackcurrant hydrosol and the Circul'O hydrosol blend. It is very common to mix hydrosols with complementary properties to create a synergy tailored to your needs. Un peu trop tôt pour de vrais effets mais je ressens déjà une légère amélioration sur l'aspect de mes jambes et le ressenti. J'en consomme tous les jours dans une grande gourde.

Cet hydrolat est véritablement très efficace pour des gambettes toutes en légèreté !
J'ai commencé par une cuillère à soupe diluée dans un verre d'eau avant chaque repas, et je diminue pour voir quelle dose est suffisante pour obtenir cette merveilleuse sensation avec moins de produits.
Le goût est très prononcé en faveur de l'hélichryse italienne, pas désagréable.

Étant riches en principes actifs et en molécules aromatiques qui assurent naturellement leur conservation, il est préférable de les garder à température ambiante constante et à l'abri de la lumière. Veillez simplement à ce que les flacons restent bien fermés entre chaque utilisation pour éviter toute contamination.
