Effets secondaires douleurs dans tt le cirps du 3e au 6e jour,bouffées de chaleur, çà détoxifie, je suis moins gonflée et je n en suis,qu au 10e jour. Je recommande (3C.S dans 1 l d'eau réparti dans la journée.

Pour effectuer une cure avec notre mélange d'hydrolats Détox'O, il est conseillé de diluer 2 à 3 cuillères à soupe par jour dans une bouteille d'eau, ou réparties dans plusieurs verres d'eau, à boire tout au long de la journée. Il est également recommandé de prendre une petite dose dans un verre d'eau juste avant les repas. Pour ce type de cure drainante, la durée idéale est de 3 semaines.

Pour une cure efficace avec notre mélange Détox'O, l'important n'est pas tant la concentration dans votre gourde que la quantité totale quotidienne absorbée et la répétition des prises tout au long de la journée. Si vous buvez le contenu de votre gourde de 650 ml au cours de la journée, vous pouvez y diluer l'équivalent de 3 cuillères à soupe du mélange. Cette méthode vous permet de purifier votre organisme en douceur et de bénéficier des vertus stimulantes pour la digestion du romarin, de la carotte sauvage et de la livèche. Pensez à bien agiter la gourde.
Sera t'il disponible au printemps ? C'est la 1ère fois que je prendrai un hydrolat en interne. Faut-il compter 3 semaines comme pour toute cure détox ? Est-ce que 1 litre est suffisant ?
Pour une première expérience en interne, notre mélange d'hydrolats Détox'O est un excellent choix pour purifier votre organisme en douceur. Comme vous le supposiez, une cure détox efficace se fait généralement sur 20 à 30 jours. Nos clients utilisent souvent ce mélange à chaque changement de saison. Un flacon de 1 litre est tout à fait adapté. Pour une cure de 3 semaines, à raison de 3 cuillères à soupe par jour (dose standard pour une cure d'hydrolat), vous consommerez environ 900 ml à 1 litre de produit. Vous pouvez diluer une petite dose (environ une cuillère à soupe) dans un grand verre d'eau avant les repas. Certains clients préfèrent diluer la dose journalière dans une bouteille d'eau à boire tout au long de la journée.
