🌲 Scots Pine Essential Oil (or Giant Fir)
massage 3 drops of this essential oil, diluted in a vegetable oil like Calendula, onto the chest for a few days during the irritation period.
🍃 Tarragon Essential Oil or Hydrosol
diffuse indoors in water or in a soothing hydrosol (blackcurrant, Roman chamomile or German chamomile) for 15 minutes.
🌿 Roman Chamomile Essential Oil
for inhalation: dilute 1 or 2 in a container of hot water and inhale the steam for 5 to 10 minutes.
🌼 Cornflower or Roman Chamomile Hydrosol
use as a compress to soothe irritated eyes
🌱 Yarrow Hydrosol
drink diluted in a glass of water, or 3 tablespoons in a daily water bottle
use as a nasal spray to calm a runny nose
