🌲 Scots Pine (or Giant Fir) essential oil
massage on the thorax 3 drops of this essential oil, diluted in a vegetable oil such as Calendula, for a few days during the period of irritation.
🍃 Tarragon essential oil or hydrosol
diffused internally in water or in a soothing hydrosol (blackcurrant, Roman chamomile or matricaria) for 15 minutes.

in inhalation: dilute 1 or 2 in a container of hot water and inhale the vapors for 5 to 10 minutes.

as a compress to soothe irritated eyes
🌱 Yarrow Hydrosol
to drink diluted in a glass of water, or 3 tbsp. tablespoon in a daily bottle
as a nasal spray to calm a runny nose
