Preparing your order
As soon as we receive your order, our team at La Tieule will start preparing it. We work every working day from 9:00 to 18:00, so orders placed before midday (12:00) are processed the same day if volume allows
All our products are stocked on site and their availability updated in real time on the site, so everything is done quickly, no stock-out problems!
Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected by our team
Expedition
We work with DPD. Either express service or delivery to a relay point. The DPD truck comes to La Tieule every day from Monday to Friday to collect the parcels. The delivery time is then DPD standard.
As our orders don't leave from Paris but from the center of France, they often take 2-3 days to reach every corner of France!
