The plant

Plant part: Aerial part
Origin: France
Green mint is a herbaceous perennial plant, very common in our gardens, up to 60 cm or even 1m in height. It is from Tempered Western Asia and Southeast Europe, and has since acclimatized in many countries in the world. Cultivated in our gardens, it exhales a suave and penetrating fragrance, softer than peppermint, recalling the smell of chlorophyll chewing gums. She is soothing, invigorating and refreshing. Pure or diluted, it will be enough for a tablespoon of green mint hydrosol to accompany your heavy meals or which last too much to the point of feeling your heavy stomach.
