
🍲After big holiday meals, our warm tomato soup, enhanced with organic Mountain Savory hydrosol, is ideal for optimal digestion.
🍅 Ingredients (4 servings)
800 g of tomatoes
1/2 onion
1.5 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of fresh cream (5% fat)
Salt and pepper
0.5 tablespoon of olive oil
4 tablespoons of hydrosol, to be added at the end of cooking
🍲 Steps
1️⃣ Sauté the minced onion and garlic in a tablespoon of olive oil for 2 min. Cut the tomatoes into pieces.
2️⃣ In a pot, put the pieces of tomatoes and 1 liter of water. Salt and pepper. After boiling, cook for 15 min. Add the onion and garlic, then blend.
3️⃣ At the end of cooking, add 4 tablespoons of hydrosol to the pot and complete with 2 tablespoons of cream.
