We accept no liability for changes resulting from fraudulent intrusion by third parties. The conditions of sale apply exclusively to transactions carried out via this site. Any other conditions set by the purchaser will not be binding on the seller.

Prices are quoted in EUROS (€) and include VAT (all taxes included) but exclude shipping costs.
Shipping costs are automatically added to your order total in the shopping cart. This allows you to check them before confirming your order.
Prices are subject to change, but the prices invoiced will remain those in force at the time the order is registered.
Promotional offers are valid only for the period indicated and while stocks last.
When you confirm your order by clicking on the VALIDATE button, you declare that you accept the order and all the terms and conditions of sale in full and without reservation.

Orders are processed and shipped to the address you provided when placing your order. If the delivery address is different from the billing address, please indicate the delivery address.
Your order will be prepared and dispatched within 72 hours of receipt of payment.

Please note! Orders are delivered by carrier on weekdays only. If you are not at home during the day, please indicate your work address or any other address where someone can receive your parcel during the day.

We are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy under the following conditions:

• Types of Products Eligible for Return/Exchange: If you receive a defective product, we apologize for the inconvenience and invite you to initiate a return or exchange process. If you change your mind about a product, you can also return or exchange it, as long as it meets our returns criteria.
• Product Condition: Returns and exchanges are only accepted for products in their original, new and unused condition.
• Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return a product.
• Return Method: Returns must be made by post (Essenciagua, HQE activity zone, exit 41 A75, 48500 La Tieule)
• Return costs: Shipping costs for returned products are the responsibility of the customer.
• Processing Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receipt of the returned product.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the following steps:

• Contact our customer service (serviceclient@essenciagua.fr) to indicate your intention to return or exchange a product.
• OR Initiate the return from your customer account
• Package the product carefully and include a copy of the invoice.
• Send the package to Essenciagua, HQE activity zone, exit 41 A75, 48500 La Tieule
• Once the product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or exchange according to your choice.

As the texts and photographs on this site are not contractual, Essenciagua cannot be held responsible for any errors in any of them. Essenciagua may not be held liable for non-performance of the contract entered into in the event of unavailability or shortage of stock, force majeure, pandemic, or total or partial strike of transport, postal services or means of communication.
Essenciagua shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from a delay or inability to deliver.
The creation of any hypertext link to the home page of this site is subject to the prior written authorization of Essenciagua. Essenciagua declines all responsibility in the event that a site to which a reference is made from our site does not comply with the legal provisions in force.
Any order placed by a minor can only be done through parental authority in accordance with Article 1124 of the Civil Code.
Essenciagua accepts no responsibility for the effects or use of essential oils, in particular. Any medical use of essential oils must be carried out in accordance with the advice of a competent person.

All content (photographs, text, logos, graphics, etc.) is the exclusive property of Essenciagua and is protected by current intellectual property rights. Any reproduction or use must be the subject of a written request addressed to Essenciagua and of a formal prior and written agreement from Essenciagua. This contract is governed by French law. The language of the contract is French. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Under the conditions of articles L611-1 to L616-3 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to have recourse, free of charge, to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of a dispute with the Vendor.
The procedure is free of charge for the consumer (R612-1 of the French Consumer Code).

Pursuant to the provisions of Article L. 221-19 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal from Essenciagua, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty, for the purpose of reimbursement, provided that the products are returned in their original packaging, complete (i.e.; accessories, instructions) and in perfect condition, enabling them to be marketed again. Damaged, soiled or incomplete Products will not be accepted for return. Products must be returned within fourteen (14) days following notification to Essenciagua of the Customer's decision to withdraw. This period begins at the beginning of the first hour of the first day and ends at the end of the last hour of the last day of the period. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

It is advisable to return the parcel by tracked mail, in the event that it is lost in transit, as Essenciagua cannot be held responsible in this respect.

In the event of exercising the right of retraction, only the price of the product(s) returned and the delivery charges will be reimbursed, the cost of return remaining at the Customer's expense. The Customer will be reimbursed within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the products by Essenciagua.
Reimbursement will be made according to the method of payment used by the Customer at the time of ordering.
