🔐 FIND MY WITHDRAWAL CODE
For deliveries to Lockers and Points Relais®, your withdrawal code will be sent to you by e-mail and/or SMS once your parcel is available.

📬 HOW TO USE A LOCKER
To collect a parcel from one of our 8,000 Lockers, follow these steps:
- Get your 6-digit withdrawal code (received by e-mail, SMS or via the Mondial Relay app)
- Click on ➡️ “Pick up a parcel “ on the Locker screen
- Enter the withdrawal code - the locker will open automatically
💡 You can also scan your QR code by selecting the option “Do you have a QR code?” on the Locker screen
- Pick up your parcel
- Reclose the locker and validate recovery on the screen

⚠️ Due to the circulation of many fraudulent SMS and emails, we strongly recommend that you :
