10 ml arnica macerate
7 drops of Rosemary essential oil from the Pays d’Oc region, which stimulates blood circulation to help absorb bruises and bumps.
7 drops of Helichrysum essential oil, renowned for its anti-haematoma and skin-regenerating properties.

🌿Instructions for use:
1️⃣ Pour 10 ml of arnica macerate into a clean roll-on bottle.
2️⃣ Gently add 7 drops of Rosemary EO.
3️⃣ Then add 7 drops of Helichrysum EO.
4️⃣ Close the bottle and shake gently to mix the ingredients.
