Our basic principle is that nature and its plants are our health allies. In a 50 mL spray bottle, mix 1 cm of Italian Helichrysum Hydrosol, 0.5 cm of Vegetal Oil and 3 drops of Fine Lavender Essential Oil from the Causses. Shake before use. Spray on tense areas (neck, shoulders, lower back), then massage gently.
In a 50 mL spray bottle, mix 1 cm of Chamomile Matricaria Hydrosol, 0.5 cm of Vegetal Oil and 3 drops of Italian Helichrysum Essential Oil 100% Organic and Handmade. Shake before use. Spray on tense areas (neck, shoulders, lower back), then massage gently.
