Nova Aroma is our philosophy of Aromatherapy. We place ourselves Nova Aroma in a holistic approach and an expectation of non-drug interventions, supported by more training of health practitioners.
Our basic principle is that nature and its plants are our health allies. Aromatherapy is at the center of this approach, the simple food or aromatic forms respecting the infinite complexity of plants. Organic and quality are of course a prerequisite and we favor regional plants and those from our lands

Immunity
In a context where respiratory disorders and allergic reactions are common, maintaining a strong immune system is essential for optimal overall health. To meet this need, we have selected essential oils and hydrolats renowned for their immunostimulant, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. These natural products are chosen for their ability to strengthen the body’s natural defenses and improve immune response, while helping to alleviate symptoms associated with allergies and respiratory problems.
1,2,3 Recipes
In a 50 mL spray bottle, mix 1 cm of Douglas Hydrosol, 3 drops of Vegetal Oil and 5 drops of Giant Fir Essential Oil 100% Organic and Handmade. Shake before use. Spray over upper chest and back, then massage gently.
In a 50 mL spray bottle, mix 1 cm of Eucalyptus globulus Hydrosol, 0.5 cm of Vegetal Oil and 3 drops of Linalool Thyme Essential Oil 100% Organic and Handmade. Shake before use. Spray on tense areas (neck, shoulders, lower back), then massage gently.
In a 50 mL spray bottle, add 1 cm of Sweet Thyme Hydrosol and 3 drops of Thujanol Thyme Essential Oils. Shake before use. Mist directly into the mouth, 1 to 2 times a day, for fresh breath and natural oral hygiene.
