In a pump bottle: 1 cm of Cinnamon (Bark) Hydrosol, 3 drops of Mountain Savory Essential Oil 100% Organic and Handmade and 3 squeezes of Vegetal Oil. Shake before use. Mist the area, then massage gently.
In a 50 mL spray bottle, mix 1 cm of Cinnamon (Bark) Hydrosol, 0.5 cm of Vegetal Oil and 3 drops of Essential Oil of Tea Tree 100% Organic and Handmade. Shake before use. Spray on tense areas (neck, shoulders, lower back), then massage gently.
