1- Scots pine hydrosol = natural stimulant and tonic 🌱 it helps fight fatigue but also boosts immune defenses! Its little plus: it also soothes joint pain.
Use: orally, 2 tablespoons diluted in ½ l water
2- Basil hydrosol: To help relieve nausea or digestive discomfort, take 1-2 tablespoons in a glass of water. Repeat 10 minutes later if necessary. To aid digestion and intestinal well-being, one tablespoon in a glass of water after or during each meal. You can also add it to your culinary preparations, sauces or finishing touches!
3- Lavender hydrosol: for relaxation and emotional well-being, one tablespoon in a glass of water or in a slightly cooled herbal tea. You can also spray it on your pillow at night to help you fall asleep, or why not add one drop of lavender essential oil for every 10 ml of hydrolat. Shake the bottle well before spraying.
