With an approach that remains fundamentally scientific, this NOVA AROMA puts the spotlight back on the plants that surround us, considering their primary place in the great food chain that is ours. On notes of DESIRE and PLEASURE, it proceeds from each of these qualifiers: simpler, closer to the plant and the seasons, more local, "slower" but also more personalized.
