We are proud of our commitment to development with small local agri-food artisans in Lozère. Our collaboration with La Biscuiterie du Gévaudan is a prime example of this.
La Biscuiterie du Gévaudan uses our organic hydrosols and essential oils to flavor its delicious creations. The Biscuiterie is known for its organic biscuit brands: “Kocolo & Zaza”, present on the national organic market as well as online marketplaces, and “Biscuits du Roi”, more locally rooted.
Three biscuit recipes that highlight our organic hydrosols and essential oil:
- Vegan biscuit with lemon verbena hydrosol
- Vegan chocolate biscuit with peppermint hydrosol
- Vegan biscuit with Damask Rose hydrosol, a seasonal recipe.
