Essenciagua Returns Policy
In accordance with the applicable legal provisions, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the products or provision of the services ordered on the Site to notify Essenciagua of his intention to exercise his right of withdrawal.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer must imperatively take place before the expiry of the aforementioned legal period. The request for retraction must be made in writing, by e-mail serviceclient@essenciagua.com, specifying the order number concerned and the references of the products to be returned.
It is expressly stipulated that a lump sum of ten (10) euros will be systematically deducted from the total amount refunded, as a contribution to the logistical costs and processing of the return, unless otherwise indicated by Essenciagua.
The simple return of products, in the absence of a prior written declaration in accordance with the above provisions, or the refusal to accept the order, shall not be considered as valid exercise of the right of withdrawal within the meaning of Article L221-21 of the French Consumer Code.
In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Customer must return the products in their original condition, i.e. sealed, unused and in their intact packaging, in such a way as to enable them to be resold in new condition. In the absence of strict compliance with these conditions, no refund will be made.
Subject to compliance with the aforementioned conditions, Essenciagua will issue a refund using the same method of payment as that used for the initial transaction, following receipt of the returned products.
Please note that, in accordance with the provisions of article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts relating to :
- the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
- the supply of goods likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- the supply of sealed goods which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery;
- the supply of goods which, after delivery and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items;
- the supply of services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose performance has begun after the consumer’s prior express agreement and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.
In these cases, the Customer may not validly exercise his right of withdrawal.
